I am currently putting the finishing touches on a prototype for an IF game and I was wondering if someone could take it for a spin and provide some feedback. The game is written in BASH and I was originally planning to go on to adapt it for android devices but got discouraged when several friends who tried the prototype where unimpressed, so it has been sitting idle for a couple of years. Dusting it off recently I found that I still really like it, so I thought it would be a good idea to get the opinion of someone who is a genuine interactive fiction enthusiast as opposed to just garden variety humans. I need to decide where to take it from here. Polish for entry in a comp, go ahead and make the android version, get a different hobby, etc. Any takers?
